Application Specialist

We are seeking an Application Specialist to support, configure, and optimize our public transport ticketing applications. You will work closely with clients and technical teams to ensure smooth operation, troubleshoot issues, and provide user training. The role requires frequent travel to customer locations, like the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), for on‑site support, system configuration, and deployment assistance. 

We are looking for an Application Specialist who will fit well into our team. Future team member will be responsible for:   

Your Responsibilities:  

• Participate in the preparation of structured test plans 
• Perform software testing 
• Identify, record, and document software bugs 
• Work with various teams (developers, product owners) 
• Working with end customer on analyzing the issues  
• Helping with on-site investigations and implementations of the system 

Minimum qualifications: 

• Knowledge of SQL 
• Self-initiative, curiosity, eagerness to learn... 
• Willingness to travel  

Preferred qualifications: 

• Previous work experience 
• Experience using Postman 
• Experience using Linux
