Job Description
As a Field Service Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in implementing customized complex and standard engineering solutions, ensuring successful project completion within budgeted time and cost constraints. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining high safety performance.
You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Seoul office location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the successful execution of control systems projects, enhancing operational efficiency and customer relationships while ensuring compliance with Honeywell engineering processes and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Implement Control Systems projects, typically utilizing Honeywell Experion EPKS and/or third-party PLC controllers and other equipment.
Conduct customer acceptance testing and final commissioning of systems on-site.
Identify and communicate sales and service opportunities to enhance customer engagement.
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or related roles.
Strong understanding of control systems and industrial applications.
Proficiency in Honeywell Experion EPKS and third-party PLC controllers.
Experience in customer acceptance testing and system commissioning.
WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on control systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to implement solutions effectively.
