Sr. Project Manager - Plastic Purification Facilities (Circular Economy)

Great opportunity to work for an integrated energy company as a Sr. Project Manager for the Circular Economy.

My client is building a new plastic recycling plant / facilities in the Vienna region, and is looking for someone to manage the project from detailed design through to execution.

• In this role, the incumbent oversees and leads medium to large-scale projects within the realm of the circular economy strategy, encompassing the development of sorting and purification facilities for mixed plastic waste.
• The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for the project execution in compliance with safety, costs, scope and schedule plans and their key performance indicators.
• The SPM supports the preparation of concept and feasibility studies.
• Leads the basic-, authority- and detail engineering in the above described projects and guides the preparation of cost estimates, project schedules and other project documentation.
• Furthermore, the supervision and control of projects in the construction, commissioning and acceptance phases of the projects falls in the SPM's responsibility.
• The commercial and legal project completion together with the handover to the operative units forming the end of the SPM's responsibilities of projects.

Requirements:

• >7 years of project management experience in the fields of circular economy and/or waste management projects.
• Fluent in English, German and other languages advantageous, very good analytical and communication skills
