This is the job

As Technical Product Manager for Operational Excellence at Zimpler, you’ll drive innovation and efficiency in our core payment operations.

You’ll Own The Product Strategy And Roadmap For Our Internal Platforms Supporting Finance, Compliance, And Treasury Operations As Well As Uptime And Cost Of Our Payment Platform Infrastructure Covering Areas Such As

• Know Your Customer (KYC/KYB) and Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD)
• Transaction Monitoring and AML
• Financial Reconciliation, settlement and reporting
• Product platform infrastructure projects
  
  

This is what you will do

• Own the product roadmap for operational and compliance software solutions
• Work closely with stakeholders from Finance, Risk, AML, and Treasury to understand user needs and regulatory requirements.
• Own the uptime, quality and cost of our payment platform infrastructure together with your Engineering Manager
• Lead the prioritization and delivery of features with your Product Team.
• Manage product delivery as part of cross-company projects to improve how we do business.
• Participate in the evaluation and integration of vendor solutions for AML and Finance.
• Define, track and report key product performance metrics to enable continuous improvement.
  
  

This is what you’re good at

• Proven experience in Software Product Management and Project Management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with ability to translate complex requirements into product solutions skills is key
• Experience in financial operations, compliance tooling, or internal platform products is a strong merit.
• Understanding of regulatory and financial concepts such as KYC/KYB, Transaction Monitoring, AML or Financial Reconciliation are strong merits.
• Analytical mindset with focus on data-driven decision making.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
