The Role

The eCommerce Merchandising Associate, Workwear is responsible for the maintenance, planning and execution of content and promotions for the hhworkwear.com eCommerce channel. This includes management of product listing pages, refreshing banner content, utilizing personalization and localization.

Your role will be to increase regional and personal relevance in the online shop through daily analysis of core KPIs and other customer centric data. You will organize and execute commercial actions via our merchandising, seasonal planning and campaign management tools.

Daily work consists of: Merchandising of product listing pages, before and during the season with a focus on sorting rules and content placement to drive core KPI’s for the channel. Reporting and analyzing campaigns and business results, promotional activity planning and execution, executing online sale events and seasonal collection updates, coupon code creation/administration, supporting business stakeholders and other various business driving functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize revenue through HH’s online channel through daily analysis of core KPI’s
  • Onsite personalization and localization to optimize regional content and consumer promotions
  • Engage with the brand marketing and creative teams to deliver relevant on-site banner content, product selections and modify landing pages for both SEO and marketing needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build a content calendar that supports brand objectives and business drivers
  • Use online merchandising tools to build and refine product hierarchy, manage site navigation and manage promotional activity on the site
  • Use web analytics tools to understand customer behavior on the website, and adjust strategies accordingly

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of eCommerce or retail experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail, marketing or related field
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory. Skills in Norwegian, German, French, Italian, and/or Spanish are a strong bonus
  • Experience working in Magento or similar online platforms
  • Experience working with sorting rules and product recommendation strategies
  • Knowledge about personalization and localization
  • Basic Photoshop skills and a strong eye for detail
  • Experience with professional analytics tools and analysis methods
