Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Admin Assistant – Visa Processing to support our HR department with administrative tasks related to employee visas and government documentation. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience handling visa-related procedures in the UAE and a basic understanding of UAE labor and immigration rules.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and submission of visa applications (new, renewal, cancellation) via UAE government portals (e.g., MOHRE, ICP, MOHAP).
Coordinate with PRO and relevant government authorities to ensure timely processing of all visa-related activities.
Track visa expiry dates and assist in renewals to ensure legal compliance.
Maintain and update employee records related to visas, passports, labor cards, and Emirates IDs.
Support new joiners with visa-related onboarding documents and medical test appointments.
File and organize HR documents in both physical and digital formats.
Help generate standard HR letters as needed.
Stay updated with basic changes in UAE labor and immigration processes and report to HR Manager.
Handle employee queries related to visa and documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in UAE visa processing or HR administrative support.
Familiarity with UAE labor law and government portals (MOHRE, ICP, MOHAP).
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to work under supervision and manage deadlines.
