Your New Role

As a Front-End Developer, you will play a key role in the development and maintenance of a regulatory application within the Fixed Income domain. You’ll contribute to both front-end and optional back-end development, support platform enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Must-Have Skills:

• 6+ years of IT experience in JavaScript, both as an individual contributor and team leader
• Experience with Agile methodologies, microservices, and micro-frontends
• Proven ability to improve platform performance and production stability
• Self-driven, enthusiastic, and quick learner
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks/tools: React, Redux/React hook reducer, NodeJS, ES6
• Experience with real-time communication (SSE/SSE-router, Broadcast channels)
• Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards (e.g., EBA)
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools: Restabuild, TeamCity, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, SSM monitoring, Release scheduler
• Strong testing background: Unit, Regression, E2E testing; tools like Git, Jest, React Testing Library

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with RDBMS (Oracle) or NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Exposure to Fixed Income Cash and Derivative products
• Understanding of Trade Lifecycle and Straight Through Processing (STP)
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting guidelines
