Insight Global is searching for a detail-oriented Data & Platform Insights Analyst to join a leading bank in downtown Toronto. This role supports the a sales platform and contributes to platform enhancements, reporting, and adoption measurement. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making and improve digital tool usage across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transformation of reports into dashboards.

• Manual creation of PowerPoint slides for leadership updates.

• Analyze advisor engagement with digital tools (e.g., frequency of page visits).

• Participate in meetings to reschedule tools and support new functionality rollouts.
