Job Summary:

We are seeking a dual-role Scrum Master and Project Manager with experience in federal reporting and compliance projects, ideally within the Department of Defense (DoD) ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing Agile projects while also delivering on project governance, risk management, and communication for senior federal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Scrum Master and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Plan and manage project milestones, risks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Interface with Federal clients, DISA teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams (dev, QA, security, reporting).
• Oversee federal reporting processes (data handling, compliance, documentation).
• Maintain Jira, Confluence, and other Agile toolsets.
• Ensure project adherence to DoD security and reporting standards.
  
  

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of project management/scrum master experience.
• Experience working with DoD/Federal government clients.
• Strong Agile and Scrum practices.
• Experience in federal or defense reporting systems is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
  

Certifications (Preferred):

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent)
• PMP or SAFe Agilist (optional)
