The Cyber and Information Security Office is seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Project Manager with a strong background in managing complex cybersecurity projects and familiarity with best practices like PM2. This role is pivotal in overseeing the planning, implementation, and monitoring of multiple cybersecurity projects designed to enhance the organization's security posture, including projects such as Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) scope expansions.

- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop detailed, formal project plans aligning customer requirements with organizational goals.
- Coordinate across various departments and with technical personnel to ensure seamless project progression from inception through implementation.
- Project Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze project costs, schedules, and resource utilization to ensure efficiency.
- Generate accurate, timely reports on project status throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:
- Regularly engage with vendors, executives, and user community representatives to set project parameters, review progress, and address any arising issues.
- Change and Intervention Management:
- Oversee project adjustments and interventions to meet project goals, including maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring security, and upholding quality standards.
- Team Leadership and Conflict Resolution:
- Lead and motivate the project team for peak productivity and performance.
- Address and resolve conflicts within the project team, promoting a collaborative working environment.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity project management.
- Familiarity with PM2 guidelines and standards.
- Proficiency in English, with fluency in either Dutch or French preferred.
- Strong skills in:
- Written and verbal communication
- Leadership and decision-making
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Preferred: PM2 (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related scientific field preferred.
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of statistical methods, such as Monte Carlo Analysis, is advantageous.
