You will:

• Oversee and drive the end-to-end ownership of solutions, from conceptual design through to deployment and resolving production incidents
• Leverage your extensive experience to introduce innovative approaches, establish best practices, and mentor team members
• Lead the evolution of our technology stack and software development practices, aligning them with strategic goals
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives for both yourself and the team, fostering a culture of excellence
• Maintain a strategic vision while also ensuring attention to detail in execution
  
  

About you:

• Extensive proficiency in Java and its supporting development tools
• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and automating tests for cloud-native systems
• Proven track record of taking ownership and managing complex deliveries with a structured approach
• Expertise in establishing and refining engineering practices, as well as developing team competencies
• Strong experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, MQ, or similar
• Deep understanding of integration patterns and their strategic implications
• Positive attitude with a strong motivation to continuously learn and adapt
• Upper-Intermediate English skills
  
  

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 5440 EUR to 8160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
