Graphic Design Team

Our design team supports various internal departments by creating strong, effective visuals that help attract and engage more readers. From marketing materials to social media visuals, we focus on designs that perform well and look great.

What Will You Do

• Design digital visuals and product illustrations that support content across company websites, social media and other platforms
• Create eye-catching images that enhance written content and communicate ideas clearly
• Support various internal teams with visual assets, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet brand standards
• You will work on several projects, adapting the design to match different style guides and business goals
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders — be open to feedback and ready to make design adjustments
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices
  
  
  

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

• Previous work experience in the digital design field or/and a strong portfolio showing your design work
• Solid knowledge of Adobe tools, especially Photoshop, Illustrator
• Familiarity with other design tools, including AI, is a plus
• A strong eye for coloristics, typography, composition and aesthetics
• Basic understanding of web design elements and visual storytelling
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback
• Ability to manage time, prioritize, react fast, multitask, and meet deadlines still maintaining quality
• Flexibility to work on diverse project types and adapt to varying visual styles as needed

GROSS SALARY

• 2000 - 2450 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
