Role Overview

For Protiviti, we’re looking for a Senior Logistic Project Manager to lead the feasibility phase for a temporary, outsourced fulfilment center. You’ll assess different logistical scenarios, engage with market parties, estimate costs and capacity, and prepare the groundwork for an investment proposal.

Key Responsibilities

• Define strategic requirements and scenario criteria
• Evaluate fulfilment models and logistics concepts
• Conduct market exploration (RFI) and risk assessment
• Estimate CAPEX, productivity, and resource needs
• Prepare decision-making and feasibility documentation
• Work closely with logistics, engineering, operations & data teams
• Report to Head of Infrastructure Development

Requirements

• 3+ large asset-heavy projects delivered as PM
• Experience in logistics/warehousing, incl. 3PLs
• Strong stakeholder management, incl. C-level
• Expertise in tenders, contracting & SLA management
• Fluent in Dutch & English
• Academic-level education (WO)
• Agile/project-based work experience
