Information Security Officer

We are looking for a dedicated Information Security Officer to support and advance our client’s information security management system (ISMS) aligned with ISO 27001 standards. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting IT and OT security audits, developing and implementing robust security measures, and assessing their effectiveness and cost efficiency.

You will contribute to projects by assisting with the integration of security and data protection requirements and developing customized security concepts. As a key contact, you will train employees on ICT security and data protection practices. Furthermore, you will support the CISO in the execution and continuous improvement of the organization’s information security strategy.

The ideal candidate has completed studies or training in computer science or an equivalent field, with a strong affinity for information security. Additional certifications (e.g., CAS in information protection) and knowledge of industrial IT systems are advantageous. You should have practical experience with common information security standards, the ability to quickly understand organizational processes, and a responsible, hands-on working style. Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a flexible, motivated mindset are essential.

Fluency in German and the ability to read and understand English documentation and standards are required.
