Product Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Translate business needs and customer feedback into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize product features and backlog items based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and design to development, launch, and iteration.
• Monitor product performance metrics and gather feedback to inform data-driven decisions.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally and ensure user-centric development.
• Act as the product evangelist to build awareness and understanding internally and externally.

Mandatory Skills (Must Have):

• 7+ years of product management experience in agile environments.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable products.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI, technical architecture, and business strategy.
• Expertise in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and detailed product documentation.

Desired Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with SaaS, mobile apps, or platform-based products.
• Familiarity with data analytics platforms and tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Power BI, etc.).
• Background in software engineering or technical education.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, or cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Certifications like CSPO, Pragmatic Product Management, or MBA are a plus.
