Project Manager

Biotech Packaging (Remote, EST-Based)

Location: Fully Remote (Must Be Based in EST Time Zone)

Are you a detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in artwork coordination and change control? A leading biotechnology company is seeking a Project Manager Contractor I to support essential packaging updates for commercial products across global markets.

In this fully remote role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Regulatory and Supply Chain—to review packaging schedules and manage timelines for regional artwork updates. You’ll coordinate with external artwork service providers and internal stakeholders to implement company name and address changes across printed labels, cartons, and leaflets.

You’ll also own and manage change controls in Veeva, ensuring all related actions and documentation updates are completed in line with SOPs and stored in the approved CMC artwork library.

Key Skills:

• Strong project management and communication abilities
• Hands-on experience with Veeva, Smartsheet, Docusign, and Microsoft Office tools
• Familiarity with biotech packaging processes and artwork workflows
• Supply Chain or Regulatory background is a plus

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must be based in the EST time zone
