Project Manager (SAP)

Location: Ukraine, Poland

Working schedule: EMEA working hours

Engagement duration: 8 months

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager / Project Coordinator to lead and support the implementation of a global SAP E-Invoicing program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle project ownership, delivery, and coordination across cross-functional teams and time zones. You will collaborate closely with internal Thermo PMs, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for SAP E-Invoicing implementation
• Coordinate with multiple IT teams and global Project Managers
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Drive stakeholder alignment, communication plans, and reporting
• Manage project documentation and administrative tasks
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
• Track KPIs such as schedule adherence, cost, risk index, and team productivity
• Lead governance implementation and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager / Coordinator in IT
• Demonstrated experience in SAP projects (SAP E-Invoicing is a strong advantage)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to collaborate with international, cross-functional teams
• Excellent command of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience with project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
• Strong documentation, presentation, and reporting skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Experience managing multiple workstreams or a program
• Ability to influence, guide, and support team members

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in global/regional IT rollouts
• Familiarity with additional enterprise systems (Oracle, etc.)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
