Location: Dublin (Hybrid Working Available)

Type: Contract - 1 year rolling

We’re hiring a Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact digital initiatives across eCommerce, mobile, and web platforms. This role plays a key part in executing our global digital strategy and will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

You’ll take ownership of the full project lifecycle — from planning through to launch — and be the driving force behind digital projects that improve customer experience, enable global growth, and enhance our digital presence across markets.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver end-to-end projects across eCommerce, mobile apps, and web platforms
• Own project planning, timelines, budgets, and delivery against defined objectives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across commercial, technology, and design functions
• Manage external vendors and development partners to ensure smooth execution
• Ensure alignment with our global digital strategy and integration with existing platforms
• Oversee UX/UI delivery, ensuring all solutions meet brand, accessibility, and performance standards
• Drive cross-team coordination, change management, and stakeholder engagement
• Monitor key project KPIs and provide regular updates to senior leadership

What we’re looking for:

• Strong background in digital project management with 8+ years’ experience
• Proven success delivering eCommerce platforms, mobile apps, and/or corporate websites
• Experience working within large, multi-market or global businesses
• Confident managing technical teams and external agencies or partners
• Skilled in Agile, Scrum or hybrid methodologies
• Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear plans
• Highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware
