What’s Involved

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and tech risk projects across hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) methodologies.
• Manage OS upgrades, network refreshes, patching, and mainframe risk initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Own governance activities — budgets, reporting, change control, and compliance.
• Drive resolution of project risks, issues, and dependencies across enterprise systems.
• Support knowledge transfer, operational readiness, and vendor performance management.

What’s Needed

• Proven track record delivering complex infrastructure or technical remediation projects.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows), networking, and legacy technologies.
• Experience managing external vendors and navigating internal governance frameworks.
• Ability to work across Agile and Waterfall environments with strong delivery focus.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and risk management skills.
• Bonus: Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE II) or Agile (Scrum Master).
