As a Pricing Manager at Nordcurrent, you'll play a key role in shaping our pricing strategy and driving business impact. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to set pricing, resolve discrepancies, streamline processes, and provide monetization best-practices to fellow colleagues.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and updating price matrix, pricing calculations, and systems to ensure everything is accurate and up-to-date;
  • Developing and maintaining financial and analytical models to guide pricing decisions;
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of various strategies and initiatives;
  • Assisting in creating a standardized pricing process across the company for greater efficiency and consistency;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives;
  • Partnering with teams and external partners to resolve pricing questions and issues, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration;
  • Pricing Optimization - identify opportunities for pricing optimization and recommend strategies to improve profitability;
  • Working closely with stakeholders.


A Successful Candidate Must Have:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar role;
  • Experience working with large data sets and ability to make data-driven decisions;
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to coordinate projects, set priorities, take responsibility, and manage tasks independently;
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Desire to drive efficiency, improve processes, and enhance understanding of business drivers.


Extra Great to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience;
  • Desire to drive efficiency, process improvement, and enhance understanding of business drivers;
  • Strong knowledge and interest in gaming.

Salary: From 3500 EUR/month (gross), based on experience and competence
