Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Developer – Java / Spring / Python (Legal Archiving):

• Design and implement a Data Preservation Factory to extract, transform, and load data from source systems to compliant target environments.
• Contribute to the decommissioning of IT-managed software components by developing key solutions supporting legal archiving and data retention.
• Develop and maintain Local Data Stores to provide investigation-ready access for subject matter experts.
• Build and support applications using a three-tier architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Ensure compliance with legal hold and legal archiving requirements, supporting full data preservation across structured and unstructured formats.
• Apply best practices in CI/CD, code versioning, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions meet legal and operational standards.

How do we imagine our future Developer – Java / Spring / Python (Legal Archiving)?

• Proficient in Java (Spring) and/or Python; experience in both languages is an asset.
• Solid experience with Oracle SQL/PLSQL, XML/XSLT, and structured data processing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, GitLab, and basic system administration.
• Experience building solutions using three-tier architecture in on-premise or hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of legal archiving, legal hold, and data anonymisation practices in regulated sectors.
• Experience with SAP Business Objects, shell scripting (bash, ksh, cmd), and system administration on RHEL and Windows.
• Previous experience in financial services or regulatory projects is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
