About The Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to create aesthetic and intuitive digital experiences for ecommerce platforms. As a UI/UX Designer at Prismfly, you will be responsible for translating business requirements and user feedback into compelling visual designs and user flows. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Design Manager, Engineering, and Management teams to develop wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups that align with project goals. You will play a key role in optimizing existing interfaces, troubleshooting UX issues, and contributing to research activities to understand user behavior. The ideal candidate will bring a user-centered design approach, attention to detail, and a passion for creating engaging digital experiences that enhance conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio of related projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms, particularly Shopify, is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups
• Experience with A/B testing and analyzing user behavior data
• Strong multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
  
  

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the Design Manager to understand business goals and objectives
• Create user-centered designs based on business requirements and user feedback
• Optimize and enhance existing user interface designs for better usability and aesthetics
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to visualize concepts
• Identify and troubleshoot UX issues to improve overall user experience
• Prepare and present rough drafts and design concepts to internal teams for feedback
• Provide guidance on research methodologies and testing activities to analyze user behavior
• Collaborate effectively with Engineering and Management teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation
• Incorporate feedback from data, development, CRO teams, and clients to refine designs
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
