Are you passionate about driving ICT strategy within large-scale, high-impact health infrastructure projects? We are currently seeking an experienced 'ICT Project Manager' to join a strategic team supporting the planning and delivery of ICT initiatives for a nationally significant health redevelopment program in Canberra.

Our client is on the lookout for a seasoned Consultant focusing on aligning ICT delivery with clinical needs, national standards, and future-ready digital infrastructure models.

Key responsibilities of the position:

• Develop clear, auditable procurement documentation and processes aligned to ACT Procurement Guidelines.

• Enable informed decision-making to support budget control, risk mitigation, and stakeholder transparency.

• Liaise with Design Consultants and Delivery Partners to integrate ICT requirements into project design documentation.

• Drive effective stakeholder consultation and communication strategies (internal/external).

• Manage version control and traceability across all ICT documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop and implement ICT Strategy and ICT Plans, aligning scope and risk to program objectives.

• Identify cost-effective ICT solutions that deliver clinical functionality and lifecycle value.

• Maintain a stakeholder consultation register for ICT workshops, meetings, and engagements.

What we are looking for:

• Strong experience in ICT planning and delivery for large-scale infrastructure projects (preferably within Health or Government).

• Ability to lead cross-functional consultation, negotiation, and documentation processes.

• Demonstrated knowledge of procurement frameworks, ICT governance, and lifecycle traceability.

• Proven experience engaging with design partners and integrating ICT into infrastructure design workflows.

• Strong understanding of ICT strategy development, documentation quality control, and stakeholder risk alignment.

Desirable skills & experience:

• Experience working within Government, Health Infrastructure, or Public Sector Capital Projects.

• Exposure to clinical ICT systems, hospital redevelopment programs, or national health infrastructure initiatives.

• Familiarity with value management frameworks for ICT planning.
