We’re partnering with a leading SaaS platform company whom are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of their AWS-hosted infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor AWS services (EC2, EKS, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
- Implement IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation) and CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Lead incident response and troubleshoot production issues
- Enforce cloud security (IAM, WAF, encryption) and support compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Collaborate across DevOps, Support, and Engineering teams
- Optimise performance, cost, and scalability of cloud infrastructure.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years in AWS cloud operations
- Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, scripting (Bash/Python)
- Experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools (Datadog, CloudWatch)
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Bonus: AWS certifications, travel tech/SaaS background, ITIL knowledge
