Business Analyst

We are looking for a passionate and solutions-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Lithuania.

In this role, you’ll be working closely with our sales, marketing and product teams and supporting them in analyzing business-related information. You’ll have the chance to identify ways how we could improve our processes and drive growth. In addition, you’ll be building business cases and analyzing the potential of new business opportunities. If you enjoy working with data and systems, have an eye for details and enjoy working in an international environment, then this is something for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyzing customer behavior in all of our channels and defining segments/opportunities to increase sales through better conversion
• Evaluating business processes, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions
• Discovering new opportunities, tracking market/channel/competition performance and giving your input in decision-making
• Supporting our Sales and Marketing Managers in delivering results through the use of analytical platforms and data
• Working closely with BI, DWH and Risk team to ensure reliable data on business/product performance.
  
  

To be successful in the role, you bring ideally the following skills with you:

• 3+ years of previous work experience as a Business/Data Analyst or in a related field
• Strong analytical skills, ability to understand business requirements and present your ideas
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work successfully on multiple projects simultaneously
• High level of self-organization, ownership, and responsibility – you take pride in your work and the results you bring to the organization
• Proficiency with Excel
• Tableau and SQL are a bonus
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Lithuanian and English.
