Your Background

Essential Experience

• 5-10 years leading software development teams, with proven remote leadership success
• Deep PHP mastery with comprehensive Laravel framework experience and solution architecture expertise
• Legacy system expertise - you've successfully modernized complex, established codebases
• Strong foundation in system design, scalable architecture principles, and performance optimization
• Experience with modern DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure
• Proven track record establishing engineering metrics and driving continuous improvement
