UX Designer (FR/NL)

We’re looking for a UX Designer (FR/NL) to join a digital team of one of our clients in the energy sector.

What are your responsibilities?

• Frame projects by clarifying problems, defining objectives, and identifying target users.
• Conduct user research: ergonomic audits, competitive benchmarks, data analysis, user interviews, personas, experience maps.
• Lead ideation workshops to co-create logical, user-friendly journeys with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Produce high-quality deliverables: wireframes, UI mockups, interactive prototypes, and design system components.
• Prepare and conduct user tests to capture feedback before development.
• Promote and evangelize the Design Thinking methodology across business squads.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing digital products.
• Work on a variety of projects, including customer zone prototypes (web & app), website navigation redesign, and UX optimization of specific sections.

What profile are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in UX Design (UI skills are a plus).
• French or Dutch native with a working knowledge of the other language, fluent in English.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of web standards, responsive design, and integration constraints (HTML/CSS/JS knowledge is a plus).
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops and collaborative design sessions.
• Empathetic, creative, and able to challenge your ideas.
• Autonomous with a strong team spirit.
