JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team, who will bring Nielsen Sports capabilities to

a new level, by supporting the end-to-end data process from data collection and processing to

creative data presentation and delivery to our clients while collaborating with various stakeholders,

analysts and internal users.

As a dynamic, innovative company we are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Product

Manager to join our team. We believe in empowering our product managers to solve hard problems

for our users and drive the success of our products.

In this role, you will be responsible for discovering and delivering products that deliver customer

value and that drive business success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to

identify opportunities, conduct product discovery, and develop innovative solutions that address

real user needs.

Qualifications

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product Discovery:
  • Conduct continuous product discovery to identify user problems and needs
  • Use a variety of techniques including customer interviews, surveys, and data analysis to gain deep user insights
  • Develop and validate product ideas through rapid prototyping and experimentation
  • Problem Solving:
  • Define clear problem statements that align with business objectives and user needs
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to ideate and evaluate potential solutions
  • Make data-informed decisions to prioritize features and improvements
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with design, engineering, and other stakeholders to bring products to life
  • Clearly communicate product vision, strategy, and priorities to all team members
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creativity
  • Customer-Centric Approach:
  • Develop deep empathy for users and their challenges
  • Continuously gather and incorporate user feedback into product decisions
  • Advocate for the customer throughout the product development process
  • Outcome-Focused:
  • Define clear, measurable outcomes for product initiatives
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
  • Use data and analytics to inform product strategy and decision-making
  • Agile Development:
  • Embrace iterative development practices
  • Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on user value and business impact
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure successful product delivery
  • Continuous Learning:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product management
  • Continuously improve product management processes and methodologies

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Passion for creating great user experiences
  • Knowledge of operational process and using technology to improve them
  • Knowledge of social platforms from a technical perspective.
  • API knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with product discovery techniques (e.g., design thinking, lean startup)
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools and techniques
  • Understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate with engineering teams
  • Experience in our industry or with similar products
  • Using AI for operational improvement.
