CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER (Industrial Piping Sector)

Alvora – one of the largest engineering and construction companies in Lithuania – is inviting a Construction Project Manager to join our team.

We are seeking an experienced and reliable professional to take full ownership of planning, coordinating, and delivering industrial projects – such as technological piping, equipment installation, reconstruction, or production line implementation – from initiation through to successful handover to the client.

Your responsibilities:

• Organise and manage construction works in industrial facilities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Maintain technical documentation and coordinate technical solutions.
• Manage risks, prepare progress reports, and ensure quality.

What we expect:

• Higher education in engineering, mechanics, or construction.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in the industrial sector (especially in piping, mechanical, or equipment installation projects).
• Knowledge of technical drawings, production technologies, and ISO standards.
• Skills in MS Project, AutoCAD, or ERP tools.
• Good command of Lithuanian and English (Russian would be an advantage).
• Category B driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.

It will be an advantage if you have:

• PRINCE2, PMP, or Lean certifications.
• Experience in international projects.
• Knowledge of welding or industrial piping installation specifics.
