Project Manager

Alliance for Recruitment, the largest recruitment agency in the Baltics, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our client – a global manufacturer of innovative products focused on energy efficiency and high-quality solutions.

About the role:

You will manage product development projects from concept to production, working closely with R&D, engineering, production, and marketing teams. Your main goal is to deliver high-quality products on time, ensure safety and compliance, and drive continuous improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all stages of product development and launch
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers
• Develop detailed project plans, manage risks, and monitor progress
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and resolve issues

Requirements:

• At least 5 years as a Project Manager in manufacturing or a related industrial sector
• Strong understanding of product development and industrial processes
• Experience with project management methodologies like Agile, Lean, or Waterfall
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Monthly Salary:

• Salary range: 3300 – 4958 Gross. Final offer will depend on your experience.
