Product Manager

Role Overview: We are looking for a strategic and technically adept Product Manager to lead initiatives in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and client onboarding, with a strong focus on Intelligent Document Processing (IDP). This role involves defining product vision, product strategy development, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable solutions that enhance client onboarding efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product roadmap for CLM and onboarding platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, operations, and data teams to deliver IDP-enabled onboarding workflows.
• Drive automation and digitization of document intake, classification, and data extraction.
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into product features.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate and improve.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party IDP tools and APIs.
• Ensure alignment with KYC/AML regulations and internal risk policies.
• Lead agile ceremonies and manage backlog prioritization.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in Product Management within financial services or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong domain knowledge in CLM, KYC/AML, and onboarding processes.
• Hands-on experience with IDP tools (e.g., UiPath, ABBYY, AWS Textract, Azure Form Recognizer).
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration, data modeling, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.
