Role: Intermediate PMO Analyst (BA)

Job Type: Contract for 6 months with potential extension.

Location: Toronto (2 days/week in office)

Your new role

As a PMO/Business Analyst, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams. You’ll gather and analyze requirements, support Agile ceremonies as a Scrum Master, and contribute to project planning and execution. You’ll also become a subject matter expert in the business domain, identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation.

What you'll need to succeed

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science (CBAP and CSM certifications preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, ideally within IT or regulatory environments
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in business process analysis, systems specification, and SDLC methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
• Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Balsamiq, BPMN 2.0, and Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, and Power Platform is an asset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality, customer-focused outcomes
