Cosmetics Atelier is born for the willingness to help in a holistic, authentic and flexible approach brands to develop unique beauty solutions.

We can achieve great, targeted, accelerated and personalized results thanks to our market knowledge since 2007 and the willingness to help one by one our partners and brands on each project, might it be packaging, decoration, formulation or accessories.

We are above all helpers on a mission to simplify the new product development process of any beauty product. We like to be challenged.

Despite our long term experience on business development and on the beauty market, we are an early stage startup launched in April 2022, and are looking for a new family member, with a continue growth of our activities.

Business Development and Project Manager?

As BD&PM, you will manage the development on our activity with selected partners or clients. Helping us grow the company, from prospecting, managing the incoming demands to building a relationship with our customers.

Responsibilities

As BD&PM you will participate in the accounts management, and help us:

• Organize and treat the incoming demands
• participate in the administrative and operational needs of our organisation
• Grow our base of trusted suppliers
• Manage and nurture your own set of clients
• Create new business opportunities
• Measure and optimize your sales pipeline
• Build strong operational processes and relationship with our trusted partners
• Work on improving the customer experience

Qualifications/requirements

• You have a strong interest and sensitivity to brands in general
• You are truly interested in our mission and are passionate about beauty
• You are an entry-level professional between 1 year and 3 years experience
• You hold a master degree or equivalent
• You have a go-getter attitude with an interest in learning and building a career in sales and like international contacts and travels
• You are fluent in English and ideally German or Polish or Chinese - any other language is a plus!
• You are a structured but flexible person and sharp with numbers, and like to work on computer
• You are familiar with Illustrator, Photoshop and/or willing to learn
