About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional P2P Operations Specialist to drive the optimization and efficiency of our P2P trading platform. In this role, you will focus on enhancing operational workflows, improving user experience, and supporting strategic initiatives for P2P trading. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, compliance, tech, and support teams to ensure platform stability and growth.

Location: Dubai/ Abu Dhabi/ Malaysia

Job Responsibilities:

• P2P Operations Management: Ensure seamless daily operations of the P2P trading platform, optimizing transaction efficiency and reliability.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, analyze competitor strategies, and provide insights to enhance Bybit P2P’s competitive positioning.
• User Experience Enhancement: Identify and address pain points in the P2P trading process to improve usability and satisfaction.
• Risk & Compliance Oversight: Support fraud prevention efforts and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards (AML/KYC).
• Performance Tracking: Analyze key operational metrics to assess platform performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and tech teams to implement new features and refine platform functionality.
• User Issue Resolution: Work with customer support to troubleshoot and resolve P2P-related issues promptly.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: over 5 years in operations, preferably in crypto, fintech, or P2P trading environments (individual contributor or SME roles considered).
• Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and P2P trading mechanics.
• Analytical Proficiency: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Independent and strategic thinker with a focus on operational excellence.
• Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with crypto regulations, including AML/KYC requirements.
• Communication: Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
• Leadership Influence: While not a managerial role, the ability to guide best practices and mentor peers is valued.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in global, fast-paced crypto exchanges.
• Technical understanding of P2P platform infrastructure.
