Product Manager - HVAC

As part of our strategic expansion in the Benelux region, Midea is seeking an experienced Product Manager for HVAC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the HVAC portfolio and providing technical support to drive business development across the Benelux region.

Main responsibilities:

• Oversee the HVAC product portfolio, including strategic planning, new product introductions, and documentation
• Conduct market and customer needs analysis
• Maintain and update internal databases and systems
• Plan and conduct training sessions for both employees and customers to enhance product understanding and engagement
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales departments, as well as international subsidiaries and distribution partners

Your profile:

• Degree in a related field
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in product management in the fields of Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps or VRF systems
• Strong HVAC engineering background with in-depth knowledge of technologies and systems
• Ability to interpret technical designs and translate them into effective product solutions
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to address technical inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in an international environment, working effectively across diverse functions including Purchasing, R&D, and Sales
• Results-oriented and consumer-focused personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
