Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee to join our dynamic team at our Dubai office. We can discuss different department, for example: administrative, HR, logistics, commercial, IT, Marketing, foreign trade, legal, financial, E-commerce. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess a passion for beauty products, and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality cosmetic solutions to our customers. You will work closely with various departments, gaining hands-on experience and insights into the operations of a leading cosmetic company.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in daily operations within the office, supporting various departments as needed.

- Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and suggesting innovative ideas.

- Maintain an organized filing system for documentation and reports.

- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.

- Learning information about the work of our company and all its departments.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.

- Strong passion for the cosmetics and beauty industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
