Your Mission Will Be

• Ensure that projects are delivered on time and according to agreed requirements;
• Develop and maintain clear and effective communication with the client;
• Be able to manage and align expectations, resolve problems and provide solutions when necessary;
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress and implement necessary adjustments;
• Support the client and internal parties in defining project strategy, ensuring that business objectives are met effectively;
• Identify risks and problems in projects, develop mitigation strategies and communicate possible challenges proactively.
  
  

You Will Need

• +5 years of experience as a Project Manager;
• Experience with agile and traditional methodologies;
• Experience in managing multifunctional teams;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus);
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
  
  

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Experience in payments and/or digital solutions;
• Experience with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
