What You’ll Be Doing

We’re looking for a mid level UX/UI Designer with a passion for creating intuitive, beautiful, and user-focused designs for our B2B software. You’ll bring a calm, confident energy to your work, collaborate openly with stakeholders, and proactively share ideas to elevate the user experience across our products.

Your day-to-day might include:

• Designing and refining user journeys, interfaces, and visual components in Figma with precision and creativity.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design quality and alignment with business goals.
• Validating concepts through user feedback and usability testing to ensure we deliver experiences that truly work for our users.
• Maintaining and evolving our design system to keep our products visually consistent and scalable.
• Offering your design expertise and peer support to help your teammates excel.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

• Solid experience as a UX/UI Designer or Engineer, ideally within a product-led or software environment.
• Proficiency in Figma with a clean and organised way of working.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive UI design.
• Confidence in collaborating across teams and clearly communicating design ideas both visually and verbally.
• A keen eye for visual detail, branding consistency, and system thinking.
• Proven experience in evolving and maintaining a design system.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working in agile teams and contributing to design systems.
• Previous exposure to B2B software or enterprise-level tools is a bonus.
