Business Analyst

Our leading Financial Services client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team on a day rate contract basis. This role is minimum 6 months and the client is looking for a BA with Strong Life and Pensions exp.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Lead workshops with key stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyse business processes, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Business Analysis: Document and prioritise business requirements, assess system and process improvements, and provide recommendations.
• Change Management: Manage and support change management activities, including communication plans, training, and ensuring a smooth transition to new systems or processes.
• UAT Support: Facilitate and coordinate User Acceptance Testing, ensuring that testing is aligned with business requirements and expectations.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of business objectives.
• Project Support: Assist project managers in tracking progress, managing risks, and resolving issues as required throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and the development of new business solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
• Must have Life Assurance / Pensions knowledge
• Proven experience in analysis
