Project Manager

Adecco is actively seeking a Project Manager with a deep understanding of structural construction, rebar detailing, and AutoCAD. This full-time opportunity is based in Calgary, AB, and offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $135,000 CAD per year. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience managing commercial or infrastructure projects in Alberta.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage structural construction projects from pre-construction through to close-out.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site supervisors to ensure alignment on project scope and execution.
• Review and interpret structural and rebar drawings, with the ability to make necessary adjustments using AutoCAD.
• Ensure all work meets Alberta Building Code and local construction regulations.
• Manage a team of project coordinators and provide guidance to ensure effective execution.
• Review and price RFIs, site instructions, and change orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor project progress, budget, safety compliance, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

Requirements:

• Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
• 5-7 years of experience in commercial or infrastructure construction project management in Alberta.
• Strong knowledge of structural systems and rebar detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to interpret and revise technical structural drawings.
• Excellent English communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Alberta Building Code and municipal construction requirements.
