Your new role

A short term 3 month contract is available to implement Clarity PPM tool for a team within one of Sydney's leading universities. This role is hybrid working and potential to extend.

The wider business is currently using Clarity, however, this specific team is on excel spreadsheets and has over 100 licenses to allocate within Clarity. This project manager will implement the tool to minimise risk and ensure more modernised technology is being used across the business. You will:

• Lead the implementation of the Clarity PPM tool for a specific team currently using Excel spreadsheets.
• Allocate and manage over 100 Clarity licenses, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.
• Collaborate with the wider business already using Clarity to integrate processes and maintain consistency.
• Minimize risk and enhance efficiency by transitioning the team to a more modernized technology platform.
• Develop and execute a detailed project plan, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
• Provide training and support to team members, facilitating a smooth transition to Clarity PPM.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with experience in Clarity PPM tool implementation.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans.
• Experience within University beneficial
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
