Frontend Software Engineer – React, TypeScript, NextJS

Salary: $140,000-$160,000

Location: Sydney - Hybrid (2/3 Days Work From Home)

The Role:

They are seeking a Frontend React Engineer to join their agile development team, working on a complete greenfield rebuild of their customer-facing portal. You will be instrumental in designing and delivering a modern, intuitive user interface that empowers customers to manage devices, workflows, and data seamlessly. This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-profile projects in a sector where precision and performance matter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain next-generation user interfaces that elevate functionality and user experience

• Build features end-to-end, from concept through to release, in close collaboration with backend engineers and product teams

• Own the operational availability and quality of the code you deliver

• Contribute to scalable component libraries and UI foundations

• Ensure best practices are embedded in frontend development

Ideal Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Frontend Software Development

• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript

• Experience working with NextJS

• Strong understanding of REST APIs

• Exposure to AWS is highly advantageous
