About UsFélix is a chat-based platform that enables Latinos in the US to send money home, pioneering remittance services via WhatsApp. At the core of our operations is our robust Fintech Platform, built on three specialized squads: Payments, Disbursements, and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance). You will be joining the journey to build a financial platform and become a companion to the Latino community in the United States!

What You Will Do

• Understand your customer: Become an expert in our users and their needs. Analyze their behavior and feedback both qualitatively and quantitatively.
• Own an area of the product end-to-end: Identify problems and opportunities, co-develop potential solutions, and forecast the impact of delivering them.
• Plan: Prioritize the right initiatives, make trade-offs, anticipate dependencies, and mitigate risks.
• Experiment and learn: Design and quickly validate hypotheses through MVPs.
• Ship and drive results: Write product requirement documents and lead flawless cross-functional execution in collaboration with Engineering, UX, Analytics, AI, and Business Development.
• Balance agility with structure: Determine when to be agile and fast and when to introduce more structure and process.
  
  

Requirements

• These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.
• Proven track record of success with 10+ years in product management within consumer tech.
• Up to half of the above experience can be substituted with roles in user research, consulting, general management, or country launches.
• Experience working at a unicorn or “half-unicorn” in hypergrowth, or a combination of: Early-stage startup + Established large company with strong processes and structure
• Comfortable in demanding yet collaborative environments.
• This role does not include direct people management for now; however, people management skills are a bonus.
