Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and developing lending products, such as consumer loans. Your work will involve market research, consumer lending trend analysis, and collaboration with risk and compliance teams to ensure compliance with regulations. You will also collaborate with IT specialists to improve digital lending platforms and monitor product performance, suggesting improvements where necessary.

YOUR MISSION

• Analyze and evaluate business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, and efficiency gains
• Employ various techniques to gather and analyze business needs from stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications for software and systems
• Develop visual representations that serve as a roadmap for the current and future state of business and system processes
• Provide dedicated support, troubleshoot issues, and act as a liaison between business representatives and technical teams
• Foster close collaboration with the IT team and fellow business analysts to lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions
• Act as a pivotal communicator between project teams and stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

• 3+ years in product/project management in banking, fintech, or financial product development.
• Strong knowledge of consumer lending and related IT systems.
• Proficiency in SQL, Jira, Confluence, and API documentation.
• Knowledge of various methodologies and frameworks, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, etc.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills for presenting insights in English
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
