Junior Product Owner

We're a lean team that moves fast and focuses on results. Right now, we're looking for a Junior Product Owner to work closely with our Product Owner and help keep our development and product teams running smoothly across our various projects.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our Product Owner to keep both product and development teams running smoothly on a day-to-day basis
• Coordinate between design, development, and marketing teams - clarify priorities, remove roadblocks, and make sure we hit our deadlines
• Plan and track projects from initial ideas through to launch, keeping everyone aligned on what needs to happen when
• Take ownership of key operational tasks, including:
• Managing our product backlog and keeping documentation up to date
• Helping build prototypes, run tests, and coordinate feature rollouts
• Setting up A/B tests, tracking results, and monitoring product performance
• Running team check-ins and planning sessions
• Maintaining our automation tools and analytics setup
• Look for ways to improve how we work and help foster a culture where everyone takes ownership, collaborates well, and keeps getting better

Requirements

• Experience in delivery management, project management, or product operations - you've done this kind of work before and know what it takes
• Strong communication and organizational skills - you can keep multiple moving pieces straight and explain complex things clearly
• You've worked with product teams in a tech company before and understand how design, development, and marketing need to work together
• You're a natural problem-solver who can work independently, figure out priorities, and lead when needed
• Hands-on experience with tools like GitHub, Statsig, Strapi, Google Tag Manager, and whatever collaboration platforms teams actually use to get work done
• Comfortable using AI tools in your daily work and can help both technical and non-technical team members understand how AI features could benefit our products
• You genuinely care about making teams work better together and are always looking for ways to improve how things get done

Financial remuneration

Salary range is from 1700 EUR/month up to 2500 EUR/month after tax working under Service Agreement Contract
