Office Administrator - HR Specialist

We are looking for an Office Administrator – HR specialist to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania with an option for hybrid work. This hybrid role combines office management and HR responsibilities – ideal for someone who wants to shape workplace culture, support a dynamic team, and optimize how we work every day.


Main responsibilities (Office management)

  • Oversee daily office operations and act as the main point of contact for office-related needs
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and all the behind-the-scenes essentials that keep things running smoothly
  • Ensure effective communication both internally and externally
  • Organize internal events, meetings, team-building activities


Main responsibilities (People Operations)

  • Support recruitment process with sourcing and engaging with IT professionals
  • Support onboarding of newcomers
  • Support performance review and employee development initiatives
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture


Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in HR, office administration, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Google workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills LT and ENG
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and work independently
  • Genuine care for people and a positive, can-do attitude


Nice to have

  • Experience with Jira, Canva

  • Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the candidate's level of competence and experience.


Hiring process

  • Application Review. We’ll contact shortlisted candidates to schedule a first-round interview
  • Initial Interview. The first interview will be conducted by our HR team member and will focus on understanding your background, motivation for applying and clarify any questions about the role
  • Technical Interview. The second interview with the senior team member will be focused on your technical skills. This could include case study, problem-solving questions or a coding challenge
  • Final Interview. The final interview with the hiring manager and the client involves deeper discussions around team dynamics, long-term alignment, and cultural fit
  • Offer & Onboarding. If selected, we will extend a job offer with details on compensation and next steps
