Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Field Manager at Podravka. The Field Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating field operations, managing a team of field staff, ensuring targets are met, and developing strategies to increase market share. This role is based in Ljubljana with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in field operations management, team leadership, and strategic planning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the food or pharmaceutical industry
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
