Location: 160 Front Street West, Toronto, ON
Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite currently; increasing to 4 days onsite in November 2025
Schedule: Monday to Friday – Core Business Hours

About the Role:
Join one of Canada's top financial institutions as an Information Security Analyst I focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM) within the Privileged Access Management team. You'll be part of a growing, 18-person team responsible for supporting critical access control processes across Bank’s systems, ensuring that all user and privileged access complies with internal security policies and standards.
This is a business-as-usual (BAU) position with a long-term outlook, offering excellent exposure to enterprise-grade security tools, systems, and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user identities and access rights – add, remove, or modify roles across systems including UNIX, Windows, Active Directory, and Databases.
- Maintain the Privileged ID Lifecycle across systems, ensuring access is correctly provisioned and de-provisioned.
- Respond to and prioritize IAM-related requests from users, managers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with TD’s Identity Access Management policies and Enterprise Protection Controls (EP Controls).
- Document and track access management processes to ensure quality and consistency.
- Troubleshoot IAM issues and escalate as necessary.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1+ years of hands-on Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience
- Working knowledge of UNIX, Windows, and Database access controls
- Experience with Privileged ID Lifecycle and access provisioning
- Understanding of IAM technologies and security standards
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Nice to Have:
- IAM-related certifications (e.g., Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or similar)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar request/ticketing systems
- Familiarity with security audits or compliance reporting
Qualifications:
- Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related discipline preferred
IAM certifications are an asset
