Planning Engineer

Job Title: Planning Engineer - Constructions

Employment Type: One Year Extendable

Job Summary:

Assist in setting-up processes for effective project planning for assigned development projects. Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating a detailed project plan for assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating a detailed project plan / program including timelines, capital, and resource requirements for the projects

• Assist in creating project milestones and timelines for each critical activity involved in the development project

• Assist in developing a detailed job plan with details of each activity, required materials, tools, potential hazards, and job procedure

• Regularly monitor project progress, report variances to the concerned stakeholders

• Assist in identifying potential bottlenecks/schedule slips/problems/job hazards and support in providing solutions

• Participate and provide support in scheduling the planning and progress meeting to identify issues and mitigation measures

• Ensure project deadlines are met by setting up required meetings, identifying the need for additional resources, and relaying this information to the management

• Assist in forecasting material requirement and developing procurement schedule by coordinating with the procurement team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree from accredited institution in Civil/Architectural Engineering or equivalent

Experience Minimum 8 years’ experience in relevant field
