Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive the adoption of agile practices, foster high-performing teams, and align delivery with business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and leadership to implement large-scale agile frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement scrum principles, sprint goals, and agile best practices aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead and coach teams to deliver high-quality outcomes, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and technical excellence.
• Facilitate negotiations and workshops with stakeholders at various levels.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay current with industry trends and contribute to internal agile and technology communities.
• Ensure alignment of technology initiatives with business goals, regulatory requirements, and security standards.

Key Skills:

• Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS)
• Enterprise-level Agile coaching experience
• Stakeholder engagement and facilitation
• Process improvement and transformation
• Strong technical understanding or background in software development
• Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSP, ICP-ACC) preferred
• Previous experience as a Scrum Master (desirable)
